Cancellation of a ticket:

No refund will be granted on cancellation of booked tickets.

If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled, suspended or postponed in while or in part by reasons of Natural Calamity, National, Emergency, epidemics or pandemics, hostilities, blockades, earthquakes, civil disturbances, strike or lockouts, revolutions, terrorist attack or government rules or restrictions after payment has been made, or any other reasons are outside control of the organizer, the following policy would then apply:

Visitors for those who booked a ticket will get 100% of refund within 5 working days from the date of Event postponed to their respective account.
